Attorney Patrick W. O’Keefe

Attorney Patrick W. O’Keefe of Manley & Manley has a reputation throughout the country for being one of the top criminal defense lawyers. Based in Michigan, he earned this reputation through his legal prowess and his impressive achievements in the courtroom and throughout the community.

Over the last 22 years, Mr. O’Keefe’s results have included many “not guilty” verdicts from first-degree criminal sexual conduct to assault and drug charges. He has also successfully resolved cases involving:

  • DUI Charges
  • Violent Crimes
  • White Collar Crimes (state and federal)
  • Computer Crimes
  • Public Corruption
  • Drug Offenses

As a result of this success in high-profile jury trials, he knows how to effectively advocate for a successful resolution without a trial. However, Mr. O’Keefe strongly believes that if a client’s rights are being violated by an overzealous government, then it’s time to take the gloves off and battle it out at trial. This allows for better communication when trying to resolve a case prior to trial because the government knows when his gloves come off, Mr. O’Keefe means business. Mr. O’Keefe is not afraid to be aggressive should the situation need such a response. Regardless of the situation, he handles all of his cases with integrity and discretion.
